About Us
About Us
We're Recalibrate Outdoors — a community-driven team using the outdoors to help people find a more balanced way of living in a fast-paced, tech-heavy world.
We believe getting outside isn't just an activity, it's a process. It's a way to reset, reconnect, and grow. Everything we run — our activities, our education work, our outreach — is built around four ideas that guide how we work.
Reset
Step away from the screens and the noise. Time outdoors gives people space to breathe, slow down, and come back to themselves.
Connect
We're a community first. Whether it's our team, the people we work with, or the wider communities we serve, connection is at the heart of what we do.
Grow
Confidence, resilience and new skills are built one challenge at a time. This matters especially in our work with adults and young people with additional support needs, where the outdoors can unlock progress that's hard to find elsewhere.
Restore
We care for the places we work in and the people we work with. That means looking after the outdoor spaces we use and putting something back into the communities around us.
